If you just want to chill out Liptovsky Mikulas has a number of thermal spas and is filled with culture and many medieval castles.

You will not be disappointed with the food and the quality of the accommodation coupled with the locals warmth puts the icing on the cake.

Good snow conditions are guaranteed by a fully-automatic high-pressure snowing system York Niege (96 static snow cannons are installed on the hills, covering almost 12 km of the key running tracks). Approximately 2 km of the tracks is illuminated, thus allowing night skiing. Important reinforcement of the centre transport capacity has brought the new Doppelmayer six-chair-lift with a „bubble“.

In particular parts of the ski center you will find quality ski services and snowboard rentals. So if you are just passing, you do not have to worry that you will not have a fun filled time playing snowy games. The terrain in Strbske Pleso is adequate for snowboard riders because of the space for free-riding Snowboarding in Jasná is a pleasure too. We offer great conditions for free riding, many rails, jumps and barriers for jibbing. Ridges of Low Tatras are suitable for ski alpinists as well.

The centre offers good conditions for cross country skiing too.
In Lúčky and Jasná - Tri vody you can find adapted and finished cross-country tracks that can be mechanically modified. We prepared 2 circuits with total length 11 km suitable for classical technique, as well as for skating, however, the quality of the tracks depends on natural snow conditions. Cross country skiing tracks are properly marked.

A well-kept skating rink is available next to Hotel Liptov (Otupné centre), ready for you and your children to practice pirouettes. Beside you’ll find restaurant „Humno“ with fireplace, where you can „recharge“ eating grilled specialties.In addition to skating, the ice-rink adjacent to Hotel Liptov offers a possibility to play ice-hockey with your friends. Hockey sticks and skates are waiting for you, just come.

	Archery park (reconstructed in the summer of 2005) located behind Hotel Liptov offer 4 lines. You can shoot classic „bare“ bows (no aiming device, no pulley system), as well as cross bows, aiming from 5 to 30 m (depending on the shooter’s skills). Suitable for adults and kids too. Great group fun! It is so simple, just book your shooting time and take part in a competition!
